Once your provider refers you, your first session will be
scheduled either in-office or by an Agilix coordinator
within 2 business days. Your smart scale will also be
shipped during this time.
REFERRAL & SCHEDULING
Meet with your dietitian by phone or video for 30–45
minutes to go over your health history and set up your
personalized plan.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
You’ll continue regular sessions and digital
check-ins to monitor your progress, share with your
care team, update your care plan if needed, and
support your goals.
