HOW IT WORKS

1. REFER YOUR PATIENT

Use Amb referral for Agilix Services in EPIC and select patient needs.

2. SCHEDULE THE VISIT

Use scheduling link to schedule patient in office or provide scheduling QR code for patient self-scheduling.

3. WE CLOSE THE LOOP

You receive the Registered Dietitian’s full progress note after each visit within EPIC.
