Cristina is a NYC-based RD with a background in clinical and culinary nutrition. She studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute and graduated from Hunter College with a Masters in Nutrition. Prior to Agilix, Cristina was a clinical RD at Lenox Hill Hospital. Her approach to nutrition is holistic and patient-centered. She is passionate about the power of food as medicine and supporting patients in achieving their individualized health goals.
