Bidur Dhaul - President & Chief Operating Officer

Bidur Dhaul serves as President & Chief Operating Officer at Agilix Health, leading Operations, Commercial, and Strategy functions while driving the scale-up and performance optimization of whole-person care programs in oncology and maternal health. Previously, Bidur held senior leadership roles at Philips and Abbott across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, where he successfully advanced and scaled innovative healthcare solutions through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and medical technology, Bidur specializes in global P&L management, operations excellence, commercialization strategy, and building high-performance teams that deliver measurable results. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and completed Harvard Business School’s Managing Health Care Delivery program. Outside of work, Bidur enjoys sailing, golf, and wine tasting.
